Edmunds wanted to incorporate a chatbot to their latest web app to streamline the process of buying a new or used vehicle, and to make the process of appraising an old vehicle easier.
Generally, when a user researches a used vehicle online, they are presented with an overwhelming amount of information. This prevents a stress-free purchasing experience.
Instead of displaying all the information on one screen, we divided the data into categories with separate pages. This provided a much cleaner and comprehensive experience, allowing users to pick and choose relevant information needed to purchase or appraise a vehicle.
